Street Porridge 友粥食
A porridge stall in the Taman Ehsan shop row behind the Petron, cooking claypot congee over charcoal on plastic stools. Jasmine rice simmered three to four hours into something velvety, then finished to order with freshwater prawns, clams, pork innards, fish or frog. The poached chicken under fried garlic is on nearly every table. Same family runs the older Taman Daya stall a few minutes away, plus newer branches at Metro Prima and Damansara Uptown.
